Returns & Refunds (14-Day Policy)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Please note that custom-made or print-on-demand items may only be returned in case of damage or production defects.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us as soon as possible and include clear photographs so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
